Most business software is a place to record work after a person has done it. Agentic systems are different. They read the request, decide what it needs, act across the systems involved, and hand back a result. The person moves from doing the task to approving the outcome.

We build those systems for specific operational problems rather than as a general platform. That means an agent that reconciles your invoices against your bank feed, or one that qualifies inbound leads against your actual criteria, or a pipeline that turns a folder of documents into something searchable. Narrow, measurable, and connected to the tools you already run.

The test is simple. If the work still needs a person to move data from one screen to another, it is not automated. It is just logged.

ManuelPOS is our own till, bookings and stock system for six kinds of business in Ghana. It is built for a business to run its whole day on, so it has to keep working when the network does not.

Keeps selling offline. Lights off, data finished, network gone: the till carries on.
MoMo straight to the business. Customers pay into the business's own MoMo number or merchant account.
Tax worked out on every receipt. VAT, NHIL and GETFund calculated under the 2026 rules, with a monthly breakdown for returns.

Your CRM, your billing, your inbox, your spreadsheets. We connect them so data moves on its own, and we build the middleware where a connector does not already exist.

Native APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms like n8n, Make and Zapier. If a system exposes an API, it can be automated. Where one does not, we build the middleware that makes it behave as though it does.
