What this website collects, why, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: only what a feature needs, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies for UK and EU visitors, and nothing sold.

Who we are
Manuel Technologies is a software and digital services business based in Accra, Ghana, reachable at info@manueltechnologies.com. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and what happens to it. It applies to manueltechnologies.com and the free tools on it. Client projects are covered by their own agreements.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what a feature needs to work.
- Contact form: your name, work email, company website, budget range, the service you are asking about, and your message. Used to reply to you and assess the enquiry. Delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and kept for as long as the conversation and any resulting work are live.
- Newsletter: your email address, stored as a contact with Resend and used only to send the updates you asked for. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
- Free audit and crawler check: the website address you type. Our server fetches that page, its robots.txt and its sitemap to produce the report. The address and the report are not stored, and no account is created.
- Analytics: page views and referrers through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you personally. We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. It records pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type. Google Analytics does not receive your name or email address, and advertising features are switched off.
- Server logs: the hosting provider records requests, including IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. These are kept briefly and not used to profile visitors.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. The providers that process it on our behalf are Vercel, which hosts the site and serves it from its network, Resend, which delivers email and holds the newsletter list, and Google, which provides Google Analytics. Each processes information only to provide its service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it is processed
Our providers operate servers outside Ghana, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the site you accept that information may be processed there under those providers' safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time. Email info@manueltechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have the rights set out in the UK GDPR and the GDPR, and in Ghana the rights set out in the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, secrets are kept on the server and never in the browser, and form submissions are rate limited and checked for automated abuse. No system is perfect, and if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
This policy was last updated on 2026-10-14. Material changes will be dated here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
